God on the move in Uganda!

IBIOS recently went on a 10-day mission trip to Uganda, and during this time we got to see God perform more miracles than many of the students ever thought they would see.

During the days the students went out in smaller groups and went from house to house in villages and handed out food packages to families, about 800 food packages were distributed over 5 days. The area we visited is a very poor area and people live in severe shortage. When giving out the food packages the students also took the opportunity to share about Jesus with the families and they got to lead many people to salvation in their homes. They also offered prayers if there was a need of some kind, and we got to see God’s kingdom be manifested on earth BIG time! - People were healed and delivered when students laid their hands on them and prayed. Here are some of the students’ own testimonies:

A woman we met had been totally blind for two years. When we prayed for her, she could only see a small narrow stream. We prayed for her again and she could then see like a horizontal belt. When we left she was convinced that God would heal her completely.

A man who had poor eyesight was completely healed after we prayed for him, his eyesight was restored.

10 students and one teacher were healed at a school

One woman had had pain in her legs and arms for 12 years and she had neither been able to lift the arms or legs more than just a little. She was healed and regained mobility.

A woman who had gastric ulcer was healed.

A man who had had back pain for two years because of work injury was healed.He was so happy, so he ran around and told the people in the neighborhood. Then another man came up to us and wanted us to pray for him too. He had had pain in his shoulder for years and felt a sharp piercing pain if he tried to lift his arms. He was healed and was able after the prayer to lift several pounds straight up in the air without any pain.

A mother wanted us to pray for her two small children who did not feel well. Later that day the big sister came to us and said they felt much better, they had no symptoms and had not vomited since we had prayed for them, which they had done quite often before.

A woman who had poor hearing and also used to get pain in one eye when she was out in the sun was healed.

Many were healed from gastric, head and chest pains, and much, much more …

In total, we led 150 people to salvation in their homes.

God is so incredibly good!

During the evenings, revival meetings were held outside a church, and hundreds of people attended these, and many people were saved, healed, delivered from demons and were baptized in the Spirit.

As if all this were not enough: A few days before it was time for students to go home to Sweden again a baptism service was held and 60 of the people who were saved during the week was baptized!

Missiontrip to Ethiopia and France

Ethiopia missiontrip last year

We are now praying, fasting, planning and getting all the practical things in order for our two missiontrips. We will do a similar missioncampaign with Stefan Edefors and Joshua Campaign in Ethiopia as last year. The other team will go to Marseille in France and join three of our second year students who are doing mission there the whole year. We will do outreaches downtown and in a suburb of Marseille. All very exciting!

Last year’s missintrips made great impact to the places we went as well as in our own lives. Have a look at the video from Ethipia last year – 70 000 people rejoicing for Jesus!

Called to the fivefold ministries?

Jesus gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Eph 4:11-12).

Are you called to serve God by equipping His saints so that they could do the work of ministry? Then IBIOS would be a great place for you to be trained into your full capacity in His service.

We do not believe the “full time” ministers are set into the Church to do all the ministry for the Saints. The full-time five fold ministers are given to the Saints for its preperation and edification so that they could go out and minister to the world around them.

If every believer would be equipped by the five Offices all could be apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral and teachering when they serve and minister. That would be a powerful church no gates of hell could prevail against.

For the past 25 years, I have been equipping and releasing workers for the harvest fields of the world. Many thousands of Christians have been trained and sent out into the nations from our base in Kensington Temple, London.

It now gives me great pleasure to bring this training experience to Stockholm. I believe that Sweden is ripe for revival and for a new wave of missions to touch the nations of the world. Heavenly Energy

All good and we are back from a tremendous conference -energise2009- in London, Kensington Temple. After 5 days on a air mattress andthe hectic life of London one could feel a lot other stuff than energised; but I would say that I saw ny energy i our students tired eyes after this conference.

God was there in a remarkable way and I believe that every one got back with Words from God, encounters, encouragement and heavenly energy. It is a great anointing in Kensington Temple that I hope we will be able to bring back into what we do in Stockholm.
